By nature, the Race on Dirt Experience is an outdoor event and dates are subject to change due to inclement weather. Therefore we urge customer’s traveling long distances to make refundable travel arrangements. THE RACE ON DIRT EXPERIENCE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCURRED LODGING OR TRAVEL EXPENSES PERTAINING TO ANY CANCELLED EVENT. Sorry, Refunds are not available for weather cancellations.
Age Policy
All drivers must be 18 years old with a driver’s license to drive our cars. Ride along participants must be 14 yrs. or older except for the state of NJ. Any event run in NJ, all ride along participants must be at least 17 yrs. old.
Inclement Weather Policy
The Race on Dirt Experience reserves the right to cancel any event due to inclement weather. Cancellations may be announced anywhere from 1 hour to 72 hours prior to the start of the event. Participants will be notified as soon as the event is cancelled by phone and/or email using the contact information on file. While Race on Dirt will make every attempt to notify you about a cancellation, the final responsibility will fall on the customer to call and find out about an event status. If it is necessary to cancel an event due to safety concerns caused by inclement weather, we will do our best to accommodate your rescheduling preferences up to 1 year from the date at your originally scheduled track or at a location within 100 miles. ON TRACK CONTACT INFORMATION FOR EACH EVENT IS SENT VIA EMAIL 1-2 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT. PLEASE CALL THAT ONSITE CONTACT NUMBER PROVIDED IN THE EMAIL PRIOR TO HEADING TO THE TRACK FOR THE LATEST EVENT STATUS.
Scheduling & Rescheduling
Please note that due to our traveling schedule, we have limited availability at each location. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to reschedule your event. If you do need to reschedule the rescheduling fees will apply:
-30 or more days advance notice incurs a $50 nonrefundable fee per booking
-Under 30 days’ notice to reschedule incurs a $100 nonrefundable fee per booking
-No-call, no-show incurs a reinstatement fee of 75% of the lap package price
In case of any medical issues preventing the participant from taking part in the racing experience, rescheduling fees can be waived upon presenting valid medical documentation. Please call 401-543-FAST (3278) within 48 hours of booking if you notice a scheduling error to avoid rescheduling fees.
Please be advised that if your experience remains unused for more than 12 months after purchase, a $50 fee will be charged for each year that has elapsed since the expiration date.
We appreciate your understanding that these fees are necessary to ensure that our program continues to operate smoothly and efficiently for all our customers.
Vehicle Damage
You are responsible for your health insurance. You are financially responsible for all damage caused to the car due to driver error/negligence. A Vehicle Protection Plan is available for $45.00 that covers damage to the racecar, subject to a $500 deductible or a Vehicle Protection Plan is available for $30.00 that covers damage to the racecar, subject to a $1,000 deductible. All payments for damages must be paid at the track at the time of the incident and the remainder of your laps will be forfeited without a refund. Due to the quality of the training and cars, damage is rare. Drive participants may opt to purchase the Vehicle Protection Plan in advance, or at the track the day of your event.
SD Card Video Policy
If you purchase the “Video” option for your racing experience, you are responsible for verifying that your video recorded properly at our laptop station prior to leaving the track. If there is an issue with your video you must bring it to the attention of an KWDRE Employee so that we know about the issue and can take appropriate measures to repair the issue/compensate or refund at the track. ONCE YOU LEAVE THE TRACK WITH YOUR SD CARD, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE VIDEO.
Refund Policy
Your racing experience booking is fully transferable, assignable and sellable. The booking is NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be refunded; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
I forgot to enter my promotion code and did not receive my discount?
Please call 401-543-FAST (3278) within 48 hours of booking and one of our agents will assist in correcting.
(Please note there is a $15 CC processing fee to correct this)
There is a $9.95 booking fee for all bookings.
Race on Dirt Experience reserves the right to modify the Terms & Conditions at any time.
